Reservation Policies

 

To make reservations please call our phone number (819) 425-2761 between 01:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Please note that a credit card number with expiry date is required to guarantee reservations.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

There are no penalties for cancellation of reservations provided we are notified by phone at the latest 24 hours prior to your scheduled date of arrival.

If you fail to cancel your reservation you will be charged 1 night accommodation.
